MEET ROSS
Ross founded DRS Analytics in 2019 with the vision that predictive analytics and machine learning AI is only as valuable as the execution plans on which they are based. Ross has over 24 years of industry-leading execution on programs driving measurable strategic growth, and specializing in client retention data analytics.
Ross created and led Verizon’s Western Region customer experience team after holding various leadership roles of increasing responsibility in Consumer Loyalty & Retention, B2B Marketing, and Sales Operations. Ross was responsible for business development and program execution for 24M subscribers with an annual customer retention budget of more than $2.4Bn, much of which was informed by his investment in data analytics platforms, machine learning applications, and relationships with Verizon’s Senior Data Scientists.
With healthcare’s shift to value-based care, Ross realized the disciplines required to execute programs in the hyper-competitive wireless industry are exactly what’s needed in healthcare now. After spending nearly three years evaluating analytic approaches used in healthcare, Ross & his Cofounder Dan Hess determined there are several segments in healthcare that can make the jump now. Ross now helps practices focus on what they do best, providing quality care at the best possible value.

Highly accomplished, results driven senior financial executive with more than 25 years of progressive experience within start-ups and multi-billion dollar organizations. Demonstrated ability to streamline business operations to drive growth, accelerate speed to market, improve efficiencies, and grow bottom-line profitability.
Prior to co-founding DRS Analytics, Dan was CFO of Verizon Wireless’ West-Area Division generating more than $17 Billion in revenue. Responsibilities included: financial planning and analysis, retail real estate acquisition, construction and maintenance, business intelligence, enterprise-wide B2B compliance, and sales compensation management.
Before joining Verizon, Dan was VP European Operations for Vodafone (formally AirTouch).
Primary duties included: M&A coordination, main board member, select audit committees, and operations committees for properties in EMEA, including; Airtel (Spain), SFR (France), Telecel (Portugal), and Proximus (Belgium).
